I am a Usui/Karuna Holy Fire® Reiki Master Teacher, based in Southern Maryland.

My journey as a healer began long ago, rooted in the spiritual and religious teachings of my family. Over the years, I’ve come to realize that spirituality flows within me naturally, a rhythm that has guided my purpose.

I am here to help people find healing from past traumas—whether rooted in childhood or carried into adulthood. Having faced these challenges myself, I intimately understand the impact they can have. Through my own healing journey, I found a path from victim to victor, and I am dedicated to helping others do the same.
